I, Stefan Sterchi, Practice for Classical Homeopathy, Erlenstrasse 14a, 6300 Zug, hereby confirm my commitment to adhere to the following regulations in accordance with data protection laws and data protection ordinances.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you as a patient about how I handle your personal and sensitive data collected within my practice.

Only data related to alternative medical treatment are processed. These are exclusively data that I have obtained with your consent, data you have provided to me, or data found in publicly accessible directories (telephone book, etc.). These may include general personal information (name, address, telephone number, etc.), information about your health/medical history, previously diagnosed conditions, and potentially other data that you have transmitted to me due to your treatment (patient records).

These data are collected, stored, and processed solely in your patient dossier or in the necessary administrative dossier, particularly in the application required for billing according to tariff 590. All processing steps performed on your data, including responsible individual, are traceable in these two storage locations.

Your data or parts thereof will only be disclosed to individuals or institutions (insurers, etc.) with your explicit consent. Exceptions include judicial orders or the enforcement of legitimate claims by the practice.

Physically collected and processed data are stored in a lockable area or cabinet inaccessible to unauthorized third parties. Electronically collected data are securely stored (firewall, password, etc.).

Unless cantonal or other legal regulations dictate otherwise, data collected by me will be deleted twenty years after your last consultation in my practice.

As a current or former patient, you can request a copy of all your collected data from me in a common electronic format at any time. Only physically existing data will be scanned for this purpose and provided to you as a PDF or in paper form. The data will generally be provided to you free of charge and within a maximum of 30 days.
